Edgar van der Meeren -- Property Manager

Since the beginning of Rental Apartments Eindhoven, Edgar has been closely involved with the organization. Real estate is in his DNA and therefore this role fits him like a glove! For all topics related to the condition of a property such as defects, regular maintenance and multi-year maintenance plans, he is your go to guy! He also coordinates and guides our network of specialists and experts to guarantee high quality standards and ensure our residents can enjoy their rental accommodations without any issues.

PATRICIA VANEERDEWEGH -- Rental Agent

Patricia is our newest colleague within van der Meeren and is very eager to learn. As the contact person for our tenants, she guides them from the viewing to the signing of the contract. Also during the rental period you can contact her for all questions regarding your rental contract. Patricia finds customer satisfaction the most important thing and a good communication and connection with our tenants contribute to a pleasant cooperation and good relationship that is experienced as very important by all parties.

Julie da Costa -- Administrative manager / Rental agent

Julie is a true all-rounder. From rental to accounting or administration, she is at home in all markets. Together with Jip they form a strong team to guide tenants and especially expats to their new home. Julie can switch quickly and gets great satisfaction from making our new tenants happy with a suitable rental home. She also supports Chris with the bookkeeping and other administrative tasks.

Chris van Heijster -- financial department and administration

For all administrative topics such as the financial administration, invoices and legal knowledge regarding rental contracts we can rely on our accountant Chris. Behind his calm appearance is a wealth of knowledge and information which is gratefully exploited by the rest of the team. With his knowledge regarding all invoicing, rental indexation and rental legislation he fulfills an indispensable role in our team.
