Rental conditions & Prices
The following conditions apply for all accommodations:
- Short stay: minimum rental contract 2 months, maximum 12 months;
- Deposit equal to 1 month rent + € 500 ;
- Rental prices are always including all costs such as gas, electricity, water, tv, internet, service costs, furniture, inventory and 9% VAT;
- Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment;
To be eligible for an apartment you must meet the following conditions:
- Working professional or student;
- You have not been / are not registered in the Netherlands;
- You have a temporary employment contract;
