  • All studios are fully independent with an open kitchen and private bathroom;
  • An all-in price is used for all studios. All costs for internet, TV, service costs and gas, water and light are therefore included in the rent and cannot be put in your own name;
  • The studios are delivered semi-furnished;
  • All studios are delivered with a maintenance-friendly and sound-absorbing PVC floor in herringbone pattern, white walls and sun-resistant curtains;
  • Modern white kitchen with sink, fridge-freezer, microwave-oven combination, cooking plate and extractor;
  • Bathroom with marble-look walls, walk-in shower with thermostat, sink with mirror and toilet;
  • Professional washing machine service from Miele on the ground floor, no connection in the studio;
  • Shared bicycle shed on enclosed grounds;
  • Optional private parking space available;
  • Optional private storage available for 30 euros per month;

*Some studios are fully furnished. This means that in addition to the standard basic furnishings as described above, the studio also includes the inventory such as: plates, cutlery, pans, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, colander, bowls, dishes, glasses, cups, iron, ironing board, coffee maker etc. A linen package with sheets, towels, pillows and a blanket is not reused due to hygienic reasons and can be purchased optionally for €150.00.

The furnishings and style of the studios is described as "botanical chic", a modern interior with a green touch, in keeping with the surroundings of the building. Green is a refreshing but also relaxing color, which we use to bring the outdoors in.

Washing machines

Professional washing machines and dryers from Miele are installed in the common room on the ground floor. These highly efficient and professional machines have short but effective washing cycles of 30 to 45 minutes;

The washing machines are managed by Miele, instructions for use are provided to all residents.

You can create an account using the Miele app on your phone. In the account you can see which washing machines are available or will be available shortly. After paying for the wash and adding your own detergent of your choice, you can start the washing machine.
