Interior and delivery

The apartments all have a different floorplan but they do have the same high standard finishing, the same floors, curtains, furniture design, kitchens and bathrooms. The apartments are completely independent with a private house number to register at the municipality.

All apartments are provided with:

  • modern black kitchen equipped with microwave / oven combination, fridge, freezer, 5 hob induction cooking plate, extractor hood, dishwasher and sink;
  • Bathroom with white wall tiles and dark grey floor tiles, double washbasin, walk in shower with thermostat tap and toilet;
  • private washing machine and dryer;
  • Wood look PVC floors, textile blackout curtains, spotlights throughout the apartment;
  • fully furnished including inventory such as plates, cutlery, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, iron, cooker etc.
  • private storage and bicycle place outside (not covered);
  • parking in the secured underground parking (car) is optional for 100 euro per month;
  • no gas in the building, heating by electrical floor heating!
  • all apartments are provided with a toilet in the bathroom and an extra separate toilet.

LAY-OUT

The main entrance of the apartments is situated at the backside of the building where you find doorbells, mailboxes and intercom system. You can also park your bike outside. When entering the building you walk through the hallway to the storages and entrance of your apartment.

THE APARTMENT

When you enter your apartment you will arrive in the hallway with access to the Livingroom and toilet with fountain.

All apartments have the same kitchen and bathrooms (only the apartment 18H also has a spacious bathtub), lights, curtains and floors. The apartments will be furnished with high quality furniture and inventory.

Open floor plan with Livingroom and kitchen in one space. The modern living area radiates luxury and comfort with new furniture and large flatscreen TV. Great to come home after a day of hard work to relax and enjoy. You will be cooking in a brand new kitchen on a 5 hob induction cooking plate, preparing your food on the kitchen island and entertaining your guests.

Apartment 18F and 18N have an enclosed outdoor area.

The spacious bedroom is separated from the other areas by glass wall to ensure plenty of light and a modern look and feel. The bedrooms are provided with a double bed end ensuite bathroom (some bathrooms can be accessed from the Livingroom).
