The building and the apartments
The Project of 5 new apartments at the Boterpotplein is one of luxury and comfort. The 5 apartments are all located on ground floor of the building and are spacious, ranging from 72sqm to 163sqm. They are short stay apartments for the minimum duration of 2 and maximum 12 months and suitable for expats wanting to stay temporarily.
The apartments will be fully furnished. The furniture is comfortable, modern and has a beautiful and luxurious look. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. In each apartment a wood-look PVC floor, blackout curtains, and private separate laundry are installed. Each apartment also has a separate toilet.
The building has a stately and chic appearance. The optional additional rented garage boxes are closed, underground and equipped with light. Each apartment has its own storage room close to the apartment in the hallway.
Every apartment has a private intercom system and meter closet.
The building has an external bicycle storage. The existing building dates from 2012, which makes the insulation and construction new and very solid. The building is delivered without gas connection, all heating will be done by electricity.
