Rental conditions & prices
Rental conditions:
- short stay minimum 2 months and maximum 12 months
- Deposit equal to two months,- ;
- Rental prices for Boterpotplein mentioned on the website are including, internet, TV, furniture and inventory, service costs and private storage. .
- Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartments;
To qualify for an apartment you must meet the following conditions:
- Only available for expats whom are not registered in the Netherlands and have a temporary employment contract;
- Minimum age 18 years;
- Income must be demonstrable through employment contract or salary slip and at least 2.5 times the gross monthly rent;
